The cottage is set mostly over the ground floor and offers a double bedroom, two single rooms, one of which is located on the first floor, and a family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. There is a social open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is a patio with furniture overlooking grasslands and a pond, and off road parking for two cars.
